1

Create Your Account

Sign up at the register page using your email. After creating your account you'll be asked to grant consent to store your fitness data — required for workout tracking and fully compliant with UK GDPR. You can withdraw consent at any time from your profile.

2

Install the App

Add Fitley to your home screen for a full app experience. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the Share icon, and choose "Add to Home Screen". On Android, tap the Chrome menu (⋮) and select "Install App" or "Add to Home Screen".

3

Discover Creators

Go to Creators in the main menu to browse all fitness creators on the platform. Use the search bar to find someone by name. Tap a creator card to view their public profile, bio, and the training plans they offer.

4

Subscribe to a Creator

On a creator's profile page, tap Subscribe to unlock their full library of training plans and subscriber-only posts. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can manage or cancel any active subscription at any time from the Subscriptions page.

5

Access Training Plans

Go to My Plans from the menu to see every plan available across all your subscriptions. Each plan shows the workouts included, exercise lists, sets, reps, and any cardio blocks. When you're ready to train, tap Launch to start the workout.

6

Log Your Workout

During a session, log each set by entering the weight and reps you completed. You can optionally add an RPE score (Rate of Perceived Exertion, 1–10) to track intensity. A built-in rest timer counts down between sets so you stay on track.

7

Follow the Creator Feed

The Feed page shows the latest posts from creators you subscribe to — workout tips, form videos, motivational content, and program updates. Subscriber-only posts are exclusive to paying members, so you'll always see content you can't find elsewhere.

8

Message Your Favourite Creator

Visit a creator's profile and tap Message to send them a direct message. Creators set a minimum donation per message, so your message comes with a tip to support their work. View all your sent messages from the Messages page in the main menu.

9

Review Your Progress

The History page shows every completed workout with full exercise logs — every set, rep, and weight you recorded. The Progress page visualises your training over time so you can clearly see improvements in consistency and strength.
